Winner of the NaBs Trophy
On behalf of the Awards and Trophy Committee, I am pleased to announce the winner of the 2012 NaBs Trophy for the best blue merle Cardigan. Lore Bruder’ s CH Bluetrix Remington Ranch Hand HT, RN (Remi) took top honours for 2012. Remi sparkled in the Rally ring, made his debut in the herding arena and had no less than 6 Puppy Group wins, 2 Best of Breeds and a Best of Opposite in the conformation ring. Congratulations to the NaBs winner.

Winner of the Pearl Herding Trophy
On behalf of the Awards and Trophy Committee, I am pleased to announce that the 2012 winner of the Pearl Trophy for outstanding achievement in Herding is Anne Gunne’s Beka, Finnshavn Willow Flats Tuktu. Beka competed last year in both Large Flock and Arena herding and attained an average score of 89.6. A job well done for a nearly ten-year-old Cardigan!
